Stories that connect, moments that stay.

This is a record of where I am right now.

My mile time sits at 19 minutes, built on intervals: running, then walking, then running again. Two miles feels distant, but not impossible. The timeline is shorter than I’d liked, however, that is due to my own procrastination to start. Still, I’ve decided to document the process instead of hiding from it.

The structure is simple and repetitive; as outlined in the schedule below; I return to the and move through intervals. Each lap becoming a measure, not just a distance, but of discipline: straightaways at a run, curves at a walk.

There is a physical demand, but the weight is heavier. Some days feel slower than they should. Some efforts feel unfinished. But when I look at the progression I’ve mapped out, I can see a shift happening. Even if it’s gradual.

This isn’t a transformation story. It is a record of effort.

The checklist included here is less about motivation and more about instruction: show up, manage pace, remain consistent. There is no need to rush the process, only to continue it.

If the goal is to pass, then the work is to endure

This entry stands as proof that I started.
